In terms of the provisions of Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we are enclosing the following:
a. Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2017.
b. Limited Review Report on the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2017 received from the Statutory Auditors of the Company.
The meeting of the Board of Directors commenced at 4.30 p.m. and concluded at 6 p.m.
