In continuation to our earlier letter dated May 10, 2019, whereby the Company has, pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations, 2015, informed about the change of Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA) of the Company from MCS Share Transfer Agent Limited to Karvy Fintech Private Limited.
In this regard we further wish to inform you that we noted that there was an inadvertent typo error in our aforesaid letter dated May 10, 2019, regarding the effective date of change of RTA. Please read the effective date of change of RTA as May 10, 2019 instead of April 10, 2019. We are enclosing herewith the approval letters received from NSDL and CDSL. We regret the inconvenience caused due to this.
