| Exchange Received Time 26/04/2018 19:23:13 Exchange Disseminated Time 26/04/2018 19:23:18 Time Taken 00:00:05 | This is to inform you that owing to the resignation caused by Ms. Ramnath, member of the Expert Advisory Committee constituted, the bindings bids for the proposed transaction, could not be deliberated upon, at its meeting held yesterday. Accordingly, the Board of the Company, at its meeting held today, decided to adjourn the meeting to be re-convened to 27.04.2018.
The Board also extended its invitation to Ms. Suvalaxmi Chakraborty, Mr. Ravi Rajagopal and Mr. Indrajit Banerjee, who were recommended to be appointed as directors, by National Westminster Bank Plc, East Bridge Capital Master Fund Ltd. and East Bridge Capital Master Fund I Ltd.,to join the Board immediately as Additional Independent Directors and accordingly attend the said meeting of the Board, subject to their acceptance towards the same.
It was also decided that in the meeting scheduled for tomorrow and in light of the above new appointments, the Board shall discuss further Board restructuring. |
