1. Approved and taken on record the Un-audited (Standalone and Consolidated) Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended on 30th September, 2019 pursuant to Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
2. Shri. Baunakar Shekarnath (DIN-03371339), Whole-time Director of the Company has been re-appointed for a further period of three (3) years w.e.f. 9th January, 2020.
