Dear Sir/Madam,
 
Sub: Order passed by SEBI in relation to the non-compliance with the requirement of maintaining Minimum Public Shareholding by the Listed Companies
 
 
Securities Exchange Board of India (SEBI) vide their Order no. WTM/PS/08/CFD/JUNE/2013 dated June 4, 2013 has passed an ad interim order against the promoter/promoter group and directors of 105 companies which have not complied with the requirement of maintaining Minimum Public Shareholding in the listed companies as required under Securities Contracts (Regulation) Rules, 1957, as on June 3, 2013.
