Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has issued Circular CIR/CFD/CMD/80/2017 dated July 18, 2017 regarding the captioned matter.
The aforesaid Circular is appended for reference
Banks which have listed specified securities are required to take note of the said circular and comply accordingly.
