Sub: Reduction of time line for Transfer of Equity shares and Prescription of time line for transfer of Debt Securities.
The Securities Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has issued a Circular number CIR/ MIRSD/8/2012 dated July 5, 2012 on the abovementioned subject matter. The Circular is appended for reference.
Companies are required to take note of the said circular and revised formats for Clause 35 and comply accordingly.
