Subject: Relaxation in adherence to prescribed timelines issued by SEBI due to COVID 19
Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has issued Circular No. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/RTAMB/CIR/P/2020/59 dated April 13, 2020 regarding Relaxation in adherence to prescribed timelines issued by SEBI due to COVID 19.
The aforesaid circular is appended for reference.
This Circular shall come into force with immediate effect.
Listed Companies are requested to take note of the said amendment and comply accordingly.
