Subject: SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE BOARD OF INDIA (REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT TRUSTS) (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS, 2020.
Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has on March 2, 2020 notified Securities And Exchange Board Of India (Real Estate Investment Trusts) (Amendment) Regulations, 2020, vide notification No. SEBI/LAD-NRO/GN/2020/06.
The aforesaid circular is appended for reference.
The regulation shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
Listed Entities are requested to take note of the said notification and comply accordingly.
