Sub: Securities And Exchange Board Of India (Listing Obligations And Disclosure Requirements) (Amendment) Regulations, 2015
Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has notified amendments to the Listing Obligations And Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 on December 22, 2015.
The amendment shall come into force on the 1st day of April, 2016.
The amendment pertains to applicability of Business Responsibility Reports as given in Regulation 34 sub-regulation (2).
Listed Companies are required to take note of the said amendment and comply accordingly.
