Subject: Additional relaxations / clarifications in relation to compliance with certain provisions of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 (‘LODR’) due to the COVID – 19 pandemic
Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has issued Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CMD1/ CIR/P/2020/63 dated April 17, 2020 regarding additional relaxations in adherence with provisions of LODR Regulations.
The aforesaid circular is appended for reference.
This Circular shall come into force with immediate effect.
Listed Companies are requested to take note of the circular and comply accordingly.
