Sub: BSE provides further transparency to listed companies on status of Schemes filed by them
BSE had introduced its online filing portal called Listing Centre even before electronic filing was made mandatory under the Listing Regulations 2015. As you are aware this popular portal facilitates companies to not only file their compliance related submissions but also mandates filing of all listing / Scheme related applications through this portal.
Based on feedback from our valued corporate clients we have decided to provide further transparency to listed companies regarding the status of their application for schemes of arrangement. The status displayed on the online filing portal of BSE i.e. “BSE Listing Centre”, will also reflect as to when the Exchange has provided its comments / observations to SEBI on the schemes.
It is hoped that the companies will appreciate this user friendly move. It is our endeavour to gradually provide the status of all types of listing applications on this portal as a value added service to our companies.
