Subject: Guidelines for preferential issue of units and institutional placement of units by a listed Infrastructure Investment Trust (InvIT)
Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has issued circular No. SEBI/HO/DDHS/DDHS/CIR/P/2019/143 dated November 27, 2019 informing the guidelines in respect of a preferential issue of units and institutional placement of units by a listed InvIT.
The aforesaid circular is appended for reference.
Listed Entities are requested to take note of the said circular and comply accordingly.
