Sub: BSE provides further transparency to listed companies on status of Listing application filed by them in all types of issues
As you are aware, BSE had introduced its online filing portal called Listing Centre even before electronic filing was made mandatory under the Listing Regulations 2015. This popular portal facilitates companies to not only file their compliance related submissions but also mandates filing of all listing related applications through this portal.
Based on feedback from our valued corporate clients we have decided to provide further transparency to listed companies regarding the status of their application. The status displayed on the online filing portal of BSE i.e. “BSE Listing Centre”, will also reflect as to where the case is pending for approval.
We hope that the companies will appreciate this user-friendly move.
