Sub: Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) Circular regarding acceptance of share transfer forms executed before April 01, 2014 after commencement of Companies Act, 2013
Securities and Exchange Board of India vide their letter no. CFD/DIL/HB/RGA/OW/24140/2014 dated August 14, 2014 has forwarded a General Circular No. 19 /2014 dated June 12, 2014 issued by Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA).
Listed Companies are required to take note of the said circular and comply accordingly.
