Sub: Format for statements/reports to be submitted to Stock Exchange(s) by listed entity which has listed its securitised debt instruments
Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has issued Circular CIR/IMD/DF1/10/2015 dated November 27, 2015 regarding the captioned matter.
This circular shall come into force with effect from December 01, 2015.
Listed Companies are required to take note of the said circular and comply accordingly.
