Subject: SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE BOARD OF INDIA (LISTING OBLIGATIONS AND DISCLOSURE REQUIREMENTS) (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS, 2020
Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has on January 10, 2020 vide notification No. No. SEBI/ LAD-NRO/GN/2020/02. notified Securities and Exchange Board Of India (Listing Obligations And Disclosure Requirements) (Amendment) Regulations, 2020.
The aforesaid notification is appended for reference.
The said amendment has made in Regulation 17 of the Securities and Exchange Board of (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 as follows:
In the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, in regulation 17, in sub-regulation (1B), the number “2020” shall be substituted by the number “2022”.
The regulation shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
Listed Companies are requested to take note of the said amendment and comply accordingly.
