Clarification in matter of Circular no. LIST/COMP/1/2020-21 dated April 16, 2020
This clarification is being issued in continuation to the Exchange circular no. LIST/COMP/1/2020-21 dated April 16, 2020.
As regards timeline for compliance with Regulation 76 of the SEBI D&P Regulations, the Listed companies may be guided by the timeline prescribed in SEBI circular no. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/RTAMB/CIR/P/2020/59 dated April 13, 2020 for complying with Regulation 76 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018 for quarter ended March 2020.
