Subject: Circular for implementation of certain recommendations of the Committee on Corporate Governance under the Chairmanship of Shri Uday Kotak
Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has issued Circular SEBI/HO/CFD/CMD/CIR/P/2018/79 dated May 10, 2018 regarding the captioned matter.
The Circular has accepted several recommendations of the Committee on Corporate Governance under the Chairmanship of Shri Uday Kotak. These recommendations are for the following aspects:
a. Disclosures on Board Evaluation
b. Group Governance Unit
c. Medium-term and long-term strategy
The detailed recommendations are presented in the circular which appended herewith.
