Sub: Revised Disclosure Formats under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015
Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) vide its Circular CIR/ISD/01/2015 dated May 11, 2015 had provided formats for disclosure under Regulation 7 of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (“the Regulations”).
SEBI has now vide Circular no. CIR/ISD/02/2015dated September 16, 2015, issued the revised formats (Form A to Form D).
The other conditions of the SEBI Circular dated May 11, 2015 shall remain unchanged.
Listed Companies are required to take note of the same and comply accordingly.
