Subject: Amendments to SEBI (Delisting of Equity Shares) Regulations, SEBI (SAST) Regulations and SEBI (ICDR) Regulations
Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has on May 31, 2018 notified the following :
1) Securities and Exchange Board of India (Delisting of Equity Shares) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018
2) Securities and Exchange Board of India (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018
3) Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) (Second Amendment) Regulations, 2018
The above amendments relate to the companies under Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code.
The aforesaid amendments are appended for reference
Listed Companies are requested to take note of the said amendments.
