Subject: Format on Statement of Deviation or Variation for proceeds of public issue, rights issue, preferential issue, Qualified Institutions Placement (QIP) etc.
Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has issued circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD1/162/2019 dated December 24, 2019 in respect of Format on Statement of Deviation or Variation for proceeds of public issue, rights issue, preferential issue, Qualified Institutions Placement (QIP) etc.
The first such submission shall be made by the listed entities for the quarter ending December 31, 2019; subsequent submissions shall be quarterly as explained in aforementioned circular.
The aforesaid circular is appended for reference.
Listed companies are requested to take note of the said circular and comply accordingly.
