Subject: Guidelines for filing of placement memorandum - InvITs proposed to be listed
Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has issued circular No. SEBI/HO/DDHS/DDHS/CIR/P/2019/161 dated December 24, 2019 in respect of Guidelines for filing of placement memorandum - InvITs proposed to be listed.
The Circular shall come into effect from January 15, 2020 for all InvITs issuing units on private placement basis and are proposed to be listed.
The aforesaid circular is appended for reference.
Listed companies are requested to take note of the said circular and comply accordingly.
