Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has notified the Fifth Amendment to the Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 on September 06, 2018.
Vide this amendment, the following provisions related to Security Receipts have been notified :-

Intimation and Disclosure of events or information to Stock Exchanges

Valuation, Rating and NAV disclosure

Terms of Security Receipts

Record Date
The aforesaid amendment is enclosed for reference
Listed Companies are required to take note of the said amendment and comply accordingly.
