Subject: SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE BOARD OF INDIA (LISTING OBLIGATIONS AND DISCLOSURE REQUIREMENTS) (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS, 2018
Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has notified amendments to the Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018 on May 09, 2018.
Listed Companies may note that the amendment to the Regulations shall come into force with effect from April 01, 2019 except wherein otherwise specifically provided for in the Regulations.
The aforesaid amendment is appended for reference
Listed Companies are required to take note of the said circular and comply accordingly.
