Subject: Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) (Third Amendment) Regulations, 2018
The Exchange has vide Circular No. LIST/COMP/10/2018-19 dated June 06, 2018 advised about the compliances / disclosure requirements for companies undergoing insolvency proceedings under Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code.
Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has notified amendments to the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 on May 31, 2018 laying down the detailed compliance / disclosure requirements.
The amendment is appended for reference.
Listed Companies are required to take note of the said amendment and comply accordingly.
