Sub: Extension of time for compliance with Corporate Governance - Clause 49 of the Listing Agreement

SEBI vide circular no. SEBI/CFD/DIL/CG/1/2004/12/10 dated October 29, 2004 had amended Clause 49 of the Listing Agreement, which was intimated, to the companies vide Exchange circular no.: CRD/GEN/2004/7 dated November 6, 2004.

SEBI vide its circular dated SEBI/CFD/DIL/CG/1/2005/29/3 dated March 29, 2005 has extended the date for ensuring compliance with the revised Clause 49 of the Listing agreement to December 31, 2005.

Companies are requested to take a note of the above and comply accordingly.
