Guidelines for Corporates to submit Quarterly Compliance Report on Corporate Governance.
The companies falling under any of the following criteria are supposed to submit Quarterly Corporate Governance report within 15 days from the end of the quarter :
- All the entities seeking listing for the first time, at the time of listing.
- Companies which are included either in "A" Group of the BSE or in S&P CNX index as on 01/01/2000.
- Companies with paid-up share capital of Rs. 10 Crores and above.
- Companies having networth of Rs. 25 crores or more any time in the history of the company.
