Sub: Simplified Listing Agreement for Debt Securities
 
Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) vide a circular no. SEBI/IMD/BOND/1/2009/11/05  dated May 11th 2009 has revised the Listing Agreement for Debt Securities, to simplify the regulatory framework for issuance and listing of non convertible debt securities ( issued through  public issue or on private placement basis) by any issuer company, public sector undertaking or statutory corporation. The revised Listing Agreement for Debt Securities  is applicable with immediate effect. The revised Listing agreement is given in the  annexure to this circular.
 
You are advised to execute the revised Listing Agreement and send us the original copy at the earliest.  Please note that the revised Listing Agreement for Debt Securities is also available at:
