Sub: Amendment to the Listing Agreement – Clause 5, 16, 19, 20 & 35
Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) vide its circular No. SEBI/CFD/DIL/LA/1/2009/24/04 dated April 24, 2009 has amended clauses 5, 16, 19, 20 & 35 of the Equity Listing Agreement. The aforesaid amendments are applicable with immediate effect. The amended clauses are given in annexure to this circular and the amendments by way of insertion have been underlined.
