Circular to Listed Companies for Amendment to Listing Agreement - Clause 41 CIRCULAR   DCS/COMP/Cir/662/2007 1st August, 2007   The Company Secretary / Compliance Officer All Listed Companies   Dear Sir,   Sub: Amendment to Clause 41 of the Listing Agreement.   Securities and Exchange Board of India vide its circular no. SEBI/CFD/DIL/LA/3/2007/10/07 dated July 10, 2007 has informed the stock exchanges that it in order to rationalize and modify the process and formats for submission of financial results to the stock exchanges and also with a view to simplify the same, it has decided to replace Clause 41 of the Listing Agreement.   Accordingly, Clause 41 of the Listing Agreement stands revised. The text of the revised Clause 41 of the Listing Agreement is enclosed herewith as Annexure "A".   Further, Clause 32 of the Listing Agreement is amended consequent to the amendment to Clause 41 of the Listing Agreement pursuant to the above SEBI directive,.
