| | | | Allotment of equity shares by Gulbarqa Cement Limited to Zuari Cement Limited | 09/09/11 13:49 | | | | With reference to earlier announcement dated August 17, 2011, Zuari Industries Ltd has now informed BSE that Gulbarga Cement Limited (GCL) at its Board Meeting held on September 09, 2011 allotted 1,71,13,018 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each constituting 74% of the equity capital of GCL to Zuari Cement Limited and its nominees.
Consequently, GCL ceased to be a wholly owned subsidiary of Zuari Industries Limited. | |
