1. Adoption of the Audited Balance Sheet of the Company as at March 31, 2011 and the Profit & Loss Account for the year ended on that date together with the Directors’ and the Auditors’ Reports thereon.
2. Re-appointment of Mr. Manoj V. Mehta, Justice S. C. Pratap & Mr. Vilas K. Shah as Directors of the Company, liable to retire by rotation.
3. Appointment of M/s. Soman Uday & Co., Chartered Accountants, Mumbai as Auditors of the Company for the year 2011-2012 to hold office from the conclusion of this Annual General Meeting until conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting at a remuneration, terms & conditions. | |
