1. To receive, consider & adopt the Audited Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Account for the year ended March 31, 2011 together with the Director's Report and the Auditors Report.
2. To appoint a Director in place of Mr. Rajesh Girotra, who retires by rotation, is eligible and offers himself for re-appointment.
