1. Mr. Markus Akermann has ceased to be a Director of the Company with effect from March 28, 2012 consequent upon the completion of his tenure of office as Director of the Company.
2. At the 76th Annual General Meeting of the Company held on March 28, 2012, the Members of the Company have unanimously passed a Resolution for the appointment of Mr. Bernard Fontana as a Director of the Company.
Mr. Fontana has taken over as Chief Executive Officer of Holcim Limited with effect from February 01, 2012. | |
