Further, the Corporation has extinguished the said 15,18,960 Warrants and the outstanding Warrants post the said exchange stands at 4,45,50,000.
Post the above allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Corporation would stand at Rs. 298,03,04,580 consisting of 149,01,52,290 equity shares of Rs. 2 each. | |
