1. The Company will submit / publish audited financial results for the entire financial year within 60 days of the end of the financial year ended March 31, 2011. Therefore, the unaudited quarterly results for the 4th quarter i.e. January 01, 2011 to March 31, 2011 will not be submitted / published within the stipulated period 45 days from the end of 4th quarter; and
2. A meeting of the Board of Director of the Company will be held on May 27, 2011, inter alia, to consider the audited financial results of the Company for year ended March 31, 2011 and to consider the final dividend, if any. | |
