- To create, offer, issue and allot 13,10,000 (Thirteen Lakhs Ten Thousand only) Equity Shares of the Company having face value of Rs. 10.00 each at a price of Rs. 46.50 (Rupees Forty Six and Fifty paise only) per equity share including premium of Rs. 36.50 (Rupees Thirty Six and Fifty paise) per equity share, being the price higher than the price determined as per SEBI (ICDR) Regulations, on a preferential basis to Societa Italiana Per Le Imprese All’Estero - SIMEST SpA (SIMEST), on such terms and conditions as maybe decided and deemed appropriate by the Board of Directors of the Company, at the time of issue or allotment, subject to the overall guidelines governing such issue, subject to necessary provisions & approvals.
