1. Adoption of the Profit and Loss Account for the year ended March 31, 2011 and the Audited Balance Sheet as at that date along with the notes and annexures thereto and the report of the Board of Directors and Auditors thereon.
2. Re-appointed Mr. Zubin Pardiwala, as Director, who retired by rotation.
3. Re-appointment of M/s. DMKH & CO., Chartered Accountants, Mumbai, as the Auditors of the Company.
4. Appointment of Mr. Tushar Rane (Additional Director) as the Director of the Company with effect from July 16, 2011 on such terms and conditions as mentioned the Notice of the Annual General Meeting. | |
