The Company have been informed by M/s Doshi Holdings Pvt Ltd, the Promoter of the Company that, they have pledged 4,50,000 equity shares of the Company. The pledged shares represent 3.40% of the total paid-up capital of the Company. With this pledge, the total no of shares pledged works out to 22,18,100 shares i.e. 16.76% of the share capital of the Company.
The money raised against the pledged shares, has been provided to Premier Ltd to supplement its short term operating requirements.
