Ordinary Resolution under Section 293(1)(a) of the Companies Act, 1956 for transfer, by way of slump exchange basis, Company’s Undertakings comprising Units Sewa and Ashti with Unit Kamalapuram, forming part of BILT Graphic Paper Products Limited, a step down subsidiary of the Company.
Duly Completed Postal Ballot should reach the scrutinizer not later than the close of working hours on August 20, 2012.
The results of the Postal Ballot will be announced by the Managing Director / Group Director (Finance) on
