| | | | Allotment of shares pursuant to exchange of Warrants | 03/12/12 16:21 | | | | Housing Development Finance Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that the Corporation on March 12, 2012 allotted 3,700 equity shares of Rs. 2 each pursuant to exchange of 3,700 Warrants by one Warrant holder of the Corporation.
Further, the Corporation has extinguished the said 3,700 Warrants and the outstanding Warrants post the said exchange stands at 5,47,08,630.
Post the above allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Corporation would stand at Rs. 295,06,72,370 consisting of 147,53,36,185 equity shares of Rs. 2 each. | |
