Venkatesa Perumallu, Chartered Accountant as Chief Financial Officer of the Company and also the Board of Directors of the Company has, at its meeting held on February 10, 2012 accorded its approval for the appointment of Mr. P. Venkatesa Perumallu, Chief Financial Officer as Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. February 10, 2012.
