Accordingly, with the allotment of 18,118 equity shares, the paid up share capital of the Company has been increased from Rs. 261,058,408 divided into 133,329,204 equity shares of Rs. 2 each fully paid up to kg 261,094,644 divided into 130,547,322 equity shares of Rs. 2 each. | |
