1. Adoption of the Audited Profit & Loss Account for the year ended March 31, 2011 and Balance Sheet as on that date and Cash Flow Statement for the year ended March 31, 2011 together with the Directors Report and Auditors Report thereon.
2. Re-appointment of Sri G. V. B. Reddy & Sri P. Ramesh Babu as Director of the Company.
3. Re-appointment of the Auditors of the Company M/S. Srinivas P & Associates, Chartered Accountants, as the Auditors of the Company to hold office until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting, on remuneration, terms & conditions.
4. Re-appointment of Sri G. R. Reddy, as Managing Director of the Company for a period of Five years w.e.f. February 01, 2011 on, terms & conditions. | |
