| | | | Change in Directorate | 07/02/12 15:12 | | | | National Thermal Power Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that Shri. D. K. Jain has relinquished the charge of the post of Director (Technical) of the Company consequent upon attaining the age of superannuation on June 30, 2012 (A/N).
In pursuance of Article 41 of the Articles of Association of NTPC Limited, Ministry of Power vide its Order dated April 10, 2012 has conveyed the approval of the Competent Authority for appointment of Shri A. K. Jha, Executive Director, NTPC as Director (Technical) of NTPC Limited for a period of five years with effect from the date of taking over the charge of the post on or after July 01, 2012 and till the date of his superannuation or until further orders, whichever event occurs the earliest.
Shri. A K Jha has taken over the charge as Director (Technical) with effect from forenoon of July 01, 2012.
