Kiran B. Vadodaria, as part-time non-official director on the Board of Directors of the Bank under section 9(3)(h) of the Banking Companies (Acquisition & Transfer of Undertakings) Act 1970 and Clause 9(2) of the Nationalised Banks (Management & Miscellaneous Provisions) Scheme 1970, for a period of three years from the date of the said Notification or until further orders by the Government of India, whichever is earlier. | |
