I/ We by clicking Submit/ Accept agree and undertake as the Undersigned (which expression shall unless it be repugnant to the context or meaning thereof be deemed to mean and include their successors and permitted assigns); In favour of:

BSE Ltd, a Company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956 having its registered office at 25th Floor, P. J. Towers, Dalal Street, Fort, Mumbai - 400 001 (hereinafter referred to as "BSE", which expression shall, unless repugnant to the context or meaning thereof, be deemed to include its successors or assigns);

WHEREAS, a) Reserve Bank of India ("RBI") vide its circular number IDMD.1080/08.01.001/2017-18 dated November 23, 2017 ("RBI Circular") has permitted Specified stock exchanges to act as aggregator/ facilitator to inter alia aggregate the bids received from the retail investors i.e. any person, including individuals, firms, companies, corporate bodies, institutions, provident funds, trusts, and any other entity as may be prescribed by RBI [Investor(s)] on the Non- Competitive Bidding Platform for Government Securities. b) BSE offers a platform ("the Platform") for the Non- Competitive Bidding facility in auction of Government of India Dated Securities and Treasury Bills ("Securities") and any other securities specified from time to time by RBI according to the framework prescribed by the RBI/Securities and Exchange Board of India ("SEBI"). c) BSE has as a precondition to such participation/ bidding on the Platform, required the Undersigned to furnish an undertaking in the manner and on the terms herein below.

Now, in consideration of the above, I/We do hereby agree and confirm to undertake that:

1. I/We am/are desirous of participating on the Non-Competitive bidding through the Platform of the BSE for the purpose of bidding in the Securities and any other securities as specified from time to time.

2. I/we am/are eligible under the Regulatory Framework (as defined below) to participate in the Platform.

3. I/We undertake strictly abide that the transactions executed on the Platform shall be in accordance with, included but not limited to, the circulars issued by RBI/SEBI/BSE and the terms and conditions and the notifications, requirements specified by the Government of India ("GoI"), operating guidelines and circulars issued by BSE from time to time for participation in the Platform, and we shall at all times solely be liable for compliance and continuous adherence with the provisions prescribed under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002 (as amended from time to time) for bids on the Platform. 4. I/We shall ensure strict compliance at all times with the notifications, requirements specified by the GoI, RBI, SEBI and such other requirements as may be specified by any other regulatory authority / statutory authority / BSE by way of directions, notifications, guidelines, circulars, regulations etc. in this regard. 5. I/We hereby confirm that I/We are eligible to participate on the platform for bidding in Securities as notified by SEBI/ RBI / GoI from time to time. 6. I/We hereby confirm and valid that Know Your Client ("KYC") details / documents submitted by me /us to the trading member shall be considered for the purpose of participating on the Platform for the purpose of bidding in the Securities. BSE will facilitate our participation through the Platform, subject to the continued adherence to Terms and Conditions governing our registration on the Platform. 7. I/We hereby permit BSE to refer to or rely upon the KYC information updated by me / us or by my / our trading member. 8. I/We am/are aware that I/we am/are allowed to make only a single bid for each auction on the Platform and I/we shall abide by the same. 9. I/We undertake to execute, sign, and subscribe to such documents, papers, agreements, covenants, bonds and/or undertakings as may be required by BSE and/or trading member of BSE from time to time for the purpose of my/our participation on the Platform. 10. I/ We shall not hold BSE/ Indian Clearing Corporation Limited ("ICCL") responsible for delay or failure of fund transfer facilitated by any third party or as prescribed under the terms and conditions of the Platform. I/ We shall ensure active and operational demat account for seamless transfer of the securities and shall not hold the BSE/ ICCL responsible for invalid bids made by us.
