Tejnaksh Healthcare Limited - One Hundred and Seventeen SME Company to get listed on BSE SME Platform

Mumbai, October 27, 2015: SEBI has come out with detail guidelines on 18th May, 2010 for launching of SME Exchange/Platform. BSE Limited became the first stock exchange to get the approval from SEBI and launch its SME platform on 13th March, 2012.  Tejnaksh Healthcare Limited became the 117th company respectively to get listed on the BSE SME Platform on October 27, 2015. Tejnaksh Healthcare Limited came out with an initial public offering of 11,04,000 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- EACH (“EQUITY SHARES”) FOR CASH AT A PRICE OF Rs 80/- PER EQUITY SHARE(THE “ISSUE PRICE”),AGGREGATING TO `243.20’ lacs. The company has successfully completed its public issue on October 12, 2015.

 

Tejnaksh Healthcare Limited is a Maharashtra based company. The company run an Institute of Urology, an ISO certified the international level Urology hospital, located in the heart of Dhule city, Maharashtra. The company is equipped with all latest equipment and provide the whole range of services. The company is an integrated healthcare delivery service provider, committed to delivering quality healthcare services to patients in modern facilities. The operations are divided across four key vertical streams in healthcare delivery, namely – “Pediatric Urology”, “Adult Urology (Male, Female)”, “Andrology and Sexual Dysfunction” and “Nephrology, Dialysis and Renal Transplant”.
