This is in continuation to Exchange circular no. 20150428-1, dated April 28, 2015 regarding Introduction of BSE Order-By-Order market data stream called BSE Enhanced Order Book Interface (EOBI). Trading members may kindly note that it is proposed to enable the functionality in Live environment in the Equity segment with effect from Monday, June 08, 2015.

In addition to introducing the EOBI functionality, the Exchange is making certain technical enhancements in the BOLT Plus trading system infrastructure. On account of both the above-mentioned changes, there shall be certain minor API level changes in IML as well as ETI APIs.

To facilitate these changes, following versions of API and IML exe shall be made Live in Equity segment with effect from Monday, June 8, 2015.

A. IML changes

·         IML API version 7.01

·         IML exe version 7.0 (COMPULSORY IML version release)

B. ETI, EMDI/MDI changes

·         ETI API version 1.5.3

·         EMDI / MDI API version 1.3.9

C. Introduction of EOBI market data in Equity segment

·         EOBI API version 1.1

These shall be mandatory version changes for Equity segment. The above-mentioned changes are already available in the simulation environment to all members/vendors for testing the new APIs including EOBI market data stream.

All API documents as well as IML exe (ver. 7.0) which are going live from Monday, June 8, 2015 are already available on the Exchange website on the following web link - http://www.bseindia.com/nta.aspx . D. BOLT TWS version 71.00 (COMPULSORY TWS version release)

·         As informed via Exchange circular number 20150603-38 a new version of BOLT TWS 71.00 shall be released for live trading with effect from Monday, June 08, 2015. It shall be made available for downloading by trading members on Friday June 05, 2015 by EOD.

Exchange has scheduled a mock trading session for Equity segment on Saturday, June 06, 2015 (circular number -20150601-24). All Trading members are requested to make necessary API changes in their trading application as mentioned above and actively participate in the mock trading session. We request all members to give their feedback for the mock trading session on the contact numbers/ email id provided below by 3:30 pm
